I created Rise & Reclaim for women like me: high-achieving, capable, and maybe a little burned out. After navigating the fallout of divorce in my early 20s and burnout myself, I realized that reclaiming strength isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about discovering or rediscovering who you are.
